Weeks of staring at the ceiling asking who I was without the title.

Then the flip. Nobody had written on that paper. No company, no boss, no title. For the first time in 25 years, it was mine.

I built my exit plan on that paper. Then a business, multiple six figures in three years, and heading for seven. Not from a title someone handed me. From a plan I built myself.
