CASE — Global Retail Organisation

Over the course of 12 months, Happy Rebel delivered the full Psychological Safety Index process — survey and facilitated workshop — across 20 teams within a major global retail organisation. Teams spanned functions including digital, finance, operations, creative, and senior leadership.

The results showed strong foundations across the four core dimensions of psychological safety — alongside meaningful variation in how team members experienced safety within the same team. Closing that perception gap became the focus of the workshop work.
