THE OBSESSION SERIES
7-DAY CHALLENGE
You used to be obsessed with your life. You've built the success, the career, the life that looks perfect from the outside. So why does something still feel missing?
A free 7-day challenge for female leaders and high-performing women who know something has to change, but can't quite put their finger on what it is. The woman who used to be obsessed with her life didn’t disappear. She's waiting for you to come back to her.
By day seven, something will have shifted.
Your own words. Your true direction. Finally.
A clarity so specific and so yours that you will return to it every time life gets loud and you lose the thread back to yourself. When the inbox takes over. When the performance creeps back in. When you forget, again, what you actually want.
You will have written it yourself. In the in-between moments. On the commute. Over the morning coffee. In the quiet before sleep.
Seven questions. Seven honest answers. One woman who finally knows what's true.
That is what's waiting on the other side.
This is for you if...
You're the woman who has built it all. The career. The title. The life that looks right from the outside. And somewhere in the middle of all of it — you lost the thread back to yourself. You're not ungrateful. You're just done pretending the quiet voice isn't there.
You just got "reorganized out" - or you can feel it coming in the next corporate change. The role that held everything together is gone, or about to be. And underneath the professional composure and the updated LinkedIn profile is a woman who doesn't quite recognise herself without it.
You're at a pivot you can't name yet. Something has to change. You feel it constantly. But every time you try to put words to it, it slips away. You don't need another framework. You need the right question.
You've tried to figure it out alone. You've journaled. You've googled. You've had the late night conversations with yourself that go nowhere. The problem isn't effort. The problem is you've been asking the wrong questions.
You stopped recognising yourself. Somewhere between the promotions and the responsibilities and the being who everyone needed you to be — the version of you that was actually alive got quieter. You remember her. You want her back.
I'M READY!
Alice already had the career.
What she was missing was the creative courage.
A top-performing leader at one of the world's most recognised brands. Trusted. Capable. The kind of woman who gets things done and makes it look effortless.
But somewhere along the way the aliveness had gone quiet.
We worked together for several years. On her creative leadership. On the parts of her that had been buried under performance and expectation. On what it actually meant to lead — not just deliver.
Something cracked open.
Alice stepped into a new role. Took on a team. Made moves she hadn't let herself make before. And the burning eyes came back.
"Alexandra is the ally who always supports you — and through her way of coaching helped me realise that I can find the answers and solutions myself when things get hard. With warmth and inspiration she helped me find the keys, the friction points, and the aha moments to grow — not just as a leader, but as a person. A way to finally put words to dreams that couldn't be said out loud before."

ABOUT ALEX
I am not going to tell you about my credentials first.
I am going to tell you that I have sat exactly where you are sitting. Built the career. Climbed the ladder. Collected the titles and the track record and the outward evidence of a life that was working - and lain awake at night quietly wondering if this was actually it.
I said yes to jobs I knew were wrong because I was afraid of being left outside. I made myself smaller in rooms where I should have been loudest. I waited to feel ready. I added conditions - if I was thinner, if I worked harder, if I took one more course, as if at some point the evidence would be enough and the performance could finally stop.
It took a leadership training in Berlin, walking past monuments to what happens when people abandon their values, to finally hear the voice I had been drowning out for years.
You have abandoned yourself. And you don't know how to find your way back.
I came home and asked for help for the first time. Honestly. Without managing how it looked.
That was the beginning of everything.
Today I am the founder of Happy Rebel. I have spent twenty-five years as a leader and a decade helping women at the top find what got buried under everything they built. I have worked with more than a thousand women across the world. I hold an ICF coaching certification and degrees in communication, leadership and psychological safety.
But none of that is why I am your person.
I am your person because I lived this. Every part of it. And I found the gold on the other side.
I know you can too.
Alex
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
Right now you are spending energy on decisions that feel heavier than they should. On a version of yourself you have been maintaining for so long you have forgotten you built it.
The Obsession challange doesn't add more to your life. It removes the noise long enough for you to hear what's actually there.
When the gold surfaces — here's what shifts:
- The decisions get cleaner. Because you finally know what you're deciding toward.
- The guilt disappears. Because there is no guilt in living from your core values. When you know what's true, you stop second-guessing everything.
- The aliveness comes back. Because you found your flow again. Your zone of genius. The part of you that lights up when you stop performing and start being.
- The next chapter starts to take shape. Not as someone else's plan for you. As something that was always yours.
You made it this far. That means something is ready.
Seven days. One question at a time. The answers have always been yours — you just haven't had the space to hear them.
This is that space. And it's free.
