Freedom queen live: Less than a month to go

Flights booked. The Vinoy confirmed. Outfits… semi-curated. Lipstick… definitely packed.
(For the record: it’s NARS “Do Me Baby.” Because of course it is.)

But this trip isn’t about the outfits — or even the event.
It’s about intention.

Why I’m going

I’m not flying across the Atlantic to “network” or “get inspired.”
I’m going because I know exactly what I’m building — and I want to be in the room where ideas meet execution, where identity meets ambition.

Freedom Queen Live will be full of brilliant women — coaches, mentors, entrepreneurs.
But I’m not going as another coach.
I’m going as a movement builder.

Someone who builds the culture that lets the strategy breathe.
Because we all know - Connection before content is the melody - we all know culture eats strategy for breakfast — every single day.

DO: My desired outcome

I’ve been asking myself a simple but sharp question:
What would make this trip a success — beyond selfies and business cards?

Here’s what I wrote in my notebook this morning:

• Meet five people I genuinely want to collaborate with — not collect.

• Articulate my work in a way that opens doors I haven’t even seen yet.

• Walk away with one idea that shifts how I think about scale, voice, or impact.

• A co-create and co-collaboration opportunity of my dreams. A connection that will bring my work into a truly global scale. 

• And — most importantly — feel completely at home in the energy I’ve created. I will go all in. 

The pitch I’m bringing

I’ve been refining the sentence that holds my world together:

The Movement Maker

I build movements — inside people, teams and organizations.

I help leaders, creators and change-makers stop hiding behind strategy and start leading with identity.

My work blends executive mentorship with deep expertise in psychological safety and dynamic teaming — with creative big city retreats - shaping the kind of fearless cultures where creativity thrives and complexity becomes a playground.

That’s my heartbeat line.
And then comes the credibility layer:

I am the founder of Happy Rebel (est. 2015), 25+ years in global leadership (IKEA and beyond). I’m a certified Fearless Practitioner, measuring the level of psychological safety in teams and building high-performing leaders and organizations across the globe. 

Every room I walk into holds both:
the human spark and the systemic skill.

The preparation ritual

My process isn’t just logistical — it’s energetic.
Every day until I leave, I’m doing three things:

1. Journaling on intention — who I want to be in that room.

2. Practicing my pitch until it feels like conversation, not performance.

3. Choosing outfits that feel like me amplified, not me disguised.

Because presentation isn’t vanity — it’s vibration.

Why it matters

The world doesn’t need more strategies.
It needs cultures that can hold them.
Teams that can breathe together.
Leaders who can move before they have all the answers — because they trust the process and the people.

That’s what I stand for.
That’s what I’m bringing to St. Petersburg, Florida.

And maybe, somewhere between a keynote and a cocktail,
a few of us will find the spark that turns freedom into form.
