1. Scope
1.1 The use of these web pages provided by Happy Rebel (“the Happy Rebel website”) is permitted solely based on these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be amended or replaced by other terms, e.g., those applicable to the purchase of products and services. By accessing or using the Happy Rebel website—whether login-protected or public—you agree to the Terms of Use in their current version.
2. Services

3. Registration and Password

Users must log out after each session on password-protected sites. If a user becomes aware of misuse of their credentials, they must inform Happy Rebel immediately by letter or email.
3.5 After notification of misuse as per Section 3.4, Happy Rebel will block access for the affected user profile. Access may only be reinstated after application or re-registration.
3.6 Users may request deletion of their registered data in writing at any time, provided such deletion does not conflict with contractual obligations. Happy Rebel will delete all user and personal data as soon as it is no longer needed.
4. Right to Use Information, Software, and Documentation
4.1 The use of all information, software, and documentation provided on the Happy Rebel website is subject to these Terms of Use or, in the case of updates, the applicable license terms previously agreed upon with Happy Rebel. Separately agreed license terms take precedence over these Terms.
